001.GENERAL I’m open to many fandoms and obviously OCs. If I’m not so familiar with your fandom, be ready that I will ask questions!

summarised personality. Wilhelm is a very caring, loyal person, always ready to protect others. He wants justice for everyone and dreams of a better world. But he's also a fighter at heart and not above violence and rage, especially if his loved ones are threatened.

biography

(still wip!!)arc i When Wilhelm's mother finds comfort from her loveless marriage with a common shepherd, that affair has consequences: she gives birth to Wilhelm on February 22nd 1502 and the duke accepts him as his second son. While most of the attention lands on Heinrich, his older brother, Wilhelm and his younger siblings are mostly raised by the duchess, growing up between her lessons of kindness and Knighthood and their father's much harsher lessons of violence and power at all costs.
With his mother's eventual death, the last bit of light fades from the castle and Wilhelm is taken in by his uncle in henneberg for his education.
Years pass and in the end his love for the lowborn cecilia & a war he doesn't want to fight force him to finally confront his father and openly oppose him. Wilhelm is banished and disowned, but more free than ever before. His childless uncle makes him his official heir and he marries cecilia, bulding his own, new family.

ARC ii When his uncle is poisoned and dies, Wilhelm is pushed into the position of count. together with his wife, he does his best to work towards a good life for everyone under his protection .
A new conflict arises and wilhelm finds himself on the battlefield, like so many times before. Though he never expected to face one particular enemy: his own older brother. It only takes a short moment of hesitation and He can feel the sword pierce him. In the chaos of the fight, nobody will ever know the truth.

During a Tourney in Rattay he attracs the attention of both hanush & hans & ends up in their service as hans' personal bodyguard.

modern headcanons.v5.HOCKEY PLAYER/HEATED RIVALRY. WIlhelm grew up in germany, but was drafted in the NHL at the age of 19. he's currently playing as a defenseman (& occasional enforcer) for the new york Admirals, also serving as one of their alternate captains. After his father's death he eventually wins custody of his 2 younger siblings & they move in with him.

After serving in the military with Prince Friedrich, he accompanies him to london for the social season & stays to visit his uncle in the countryside. Similar to Benedict, Wilhelm likes to avoid balls and prefers the clubs were social status isn't important.

Growing up in the vAle as the second son of a noble house, Wilhelm shows promise as a swordsman early on. his father sees the opportunity in that & after making a name for himself, Wilhelm ends up in the service of the ruling family in King's landing and becomes a member of the kingsguard (or Queensguard). But there Will always come a point when his own moral compass doesn't align with his duty anymore & he breaks his vows. (basically this can be adjusted for asoiaf, hotd & akotsk timelines)
